Through a water drainagemechanism, rainwater in the placing cavity can be collected, superfluous rainwater can enter a water storage pool to store through the filtering hole and a through hole after being filtered by the filtering screen when the rainwater is collected to a certain amount, so that the water in the placing cavity can be fully utilized, and the rotting of plants planted in the environment-friendly flower pot due to long-time soaking of the water can be avoided.
