The invention provides a racing track spraying process. The process comprises steps that a racing track comprises a lower cornice, a bottom, a high wall and an upper cornice, wherein an angle betweena spray gun muzzle and a sprayed surface, a distance between the spray gun muzzle and the sprayed surface, the pumping speed of a spraying machine, an opening size of an air valve at the spray gun muzzle, a vibrating distance and a moving distance of a spray gun are adjusted according to different positions of the racing track. The racing track spraying process is advantaged in that the process isused for spraying a snowmobile sled racing track, compactness and strength of track concrete spraying are greatly improved, the curvature, radian and flatness precision of a track space curved surface are remarkably improved, moreover, spraying efficiency is greatly improved, and a good foundation is laid for spraying of national snowmobile sled track concrete.
