The device comprises a warning balloon, an air pipe, an outlet, a bottom plate, a spring plate, a spring, a rubber plate, a flow guide plate, a bottom liquid storage cavity, a one-way valve, an upper liquid storage cavity, a sliding groove, a clamping plate, a clamping groove, a rubber pad, a fixing plate, fixing holes, a fixing bolt, a connecting piece, a supporting rod and an inserting rod, wherein the warning balloon is installed on the bottom plate through an air pipe, the bottom plate is filled with sand, the flow guide plate is welded to the interior of the bottom plate, the spring plate is fixed to the bottom plate through screws, and the fixing bolts are installed in the fixing holes through threads. The device is simple in structure and reasonable in design, gas generated in a storage box enters the warning balloon through a gas pipe to inflate the warning balloon, and the inflated warningballoon can play a role in warning vehicles behind; when a small-area fire occurs during collision, the sand can be used for extinguishing a fire to a certain extent, and the device can be installedon a guardrail through the clamping plate, so the device is firmer and suitable for application and popularization.
