The invention discloses a traffic auxiliary device based on the Internet of Things. The device comprises a bottom plate and a movable plate, wherein a fixed box is fixedly connected with the top of the bottom plate, fixed grooves are formed at two sides of a back face of the movable plate correspondingly, fixed plates are fixedly connected with front faces of inner walls of the two fixed grooves correspondingly, supporting frames are fixedly connected with two sides of the top of the fixed box correspondingly, and a motor is fixedly connected with a left side of the bottom of an inner wall ofa fixed box. The traffic auxiliary device based on the Internet of Things is advantaged in that a first electromagnetic block cooperates with the motor to adjust the height of the movable plate, the height of a display screen is adjusted, a worker does not need to climb a ladder, normal traffic is not affected, maintenance is convenient, safety is improved, the baffle can play a role in supportingholding claws, so the movable plate is prevented from falling, the first electromagnetic block and a second electromagnetic block do not need to be powered on when the device works normally, electricenergy is saved, the device is more environmentally friendly, and practicability is improved.
