The equipment comprises a vehicle body, wherein power assisting devices are fixedly installed on two sides of a lower wall face of the vehicle body, a conveying belt box is fixedly mounted on the vehicle body, a feeding box is fixedly mounted on the conveying belt box, the feeding box is communicated and connected with the conveying belt box, the vehicle body is connected with a conveyor belt through a transmission device, a conveyor belt power source is connected with a gearbox of thevehicle through a transmission rod, power for conveying materials by the conveying belt comes from walking power of the vehicle body, so the walking speed is in direct proportion to the conveying speed, accurate highway material spreading can be achieved, a liftable press-fit roller is arranged at a doorway of a passage, power is in power connection with a conveying belt roller through a second cross converter, so materials are not replaced by the conveying belt only, but are clamped outwards synchronously with a lifting roller, discharging is more accurate, a discharging roller can take large particles out of a bin, and salt, stove ash and yellow sand can be scattered at will.
