The invention provides a rapid docking assembly and a rapid docking mechanism. The rapid docking assembly comprises an inserting table and a base, wherein the inserting table comprises a first fixingpart, an inserting part and an extending part located between the first fixing part and the inserting part, the inserting part bulges out of the extending part, and a step surface is formed between the inserting part and the extending part; the base comprises a second fixing part and multiple fins connected to the second fixing part, and the multiple fins are arranged in a surrounding manner; theinserting table can penetrate through an opening defined by the multiple fins through elastic extension of the fins, the fins can elastically shrink and surround the extending part, and the end surfaces of the fins are opposite to the step surface of the inserting table; and the thickness of the fins in the radial direction of the base is smaller than that of the second fixing part in the radial direction of the base. The provided rapid docking assembly can simultaneously guarantee elasticity and rigidity.
