The invention relates to the field of public facilities and particularly relates to an artistical manhole cover having a rapid drainage function. The artistical manhole cover comprises a manhole cover, an assembly rack, a rotating rack, a rotating shaft and three pairs of filling blocks; the artistical manhole cover is characterized in that the manhole cover is provided with water leaking holes corresponding to the filling blocks in size; the axis of the manhole cover is provided with an operating hole; the assembly rack is fixedly arranged below the manhole cover; the rotating shaft is vertically fixed to the assembly rack and is positioned at the axis of the manhole cover; the rotating rack is arranged on the rotating shaft in a sleeving manner; the three pairs of filling blocks are fixed to the rotating rack at an equal interval; and the filling blocks are positioned inside the corresponding water leaking holes. The artistical manhole cover provided by the invention can realize rapid drainage by opening the water leaking holes, effectively solves the problem about water accumulation in cities, meanwhile, prevents formation of well holes and also prevents pedestrians and vehiclesfrom falling into the well holes.
