The invention relates to the technical field of culvert cleaning, in particular to a municipal underwater culvert cleaning device. The municipal underwater culvert cleaning device comprises a guide mooring rope, a cleaning mechanism and a traction power mechanism. The traction power mechanism pulls the end, located out of a culvert, of the guide mooring rope and drags the end. The cleaning mechanism is connected to the guide mooring rope in a sleeved manner and advances in the culvert by being attached to the wall along with the guide mooring rope and along with traction of the traction powermechanism. The cleaning portion of the cleaning mechanism and the inner wall of the culvert keep attached all the time. A guide wheel mechanism is fixedly mounted at the turning external corner in theculvert, and the moving portion of the guide wheel mechanism is connected to the guide mooring rope in a clamped manner. According to the technical scheme, the problem the corners get stuck during culvert automatic cleaning is solved, equipment runs stably, the structure is reasonable, cleaning efficiency is high, manpower is greatly saved, the structure is simple, resistance of water is utilized, and energy saving and environment protection are achieved.
