The invention provides a grouting connection construction method of an assembled building prefabricated component. A grouting material containing a reinforced water reducing agent is adopted for construction, and the grouting material with high strength and good fluidity is obtained; when grouting is carried out, an L-shaped pipe with a funnel at the top is in use, mortar in the L-shaped pipe cancompensate the mortar in a communication cavity, and the compactness of the mortar in the communication cavity is increased; the L-shaped pipe is cooled in the grouting process, so that the mortar inthe L-shaped pipe is ensured to solidify later than the mortar in the communication cavity, and the compensation function is further strengthened; and pressure is applied to the mortar inside the L-shaped pipe from the end of the funnel of the L-shaped pipe, so that the mortar fills the whole grouting communication cavity. The grouting connection construction method is safe, reliable and fast, andhas a wide application prospect in assembly buildings.
本发明提供了一种装配式建筑预制构件灌浆连接施工方法,该方法使用含有强化减水剂的灌浆料进行施工,获得了强度高、流动性好的灌浆料;在灌浆时使用顶部设有漏斗的L形管,该L形管中的砂浆可对连通腔内的砂浆进行补偿,增加了连通腔内砂浆的紧实度;在灌浆过程中对L形管实施冷却处理,保证了L形管中的砂浆晚于连通腔内砂浆凝固,进一步强化了补偿功能;从L形管漏斗一端对其内部砂浆施加压力,使得砂浆充满整个灌浆连通腔。本发明的灌浆连接施工方法安全、可靠、快速,在装配式建筑中具有广泛的应用前景。
