Carbon fiber reinforcement structure tensioned through rolling and construction method thereof
The invention relates to a carbon fiber reinforcement structure tensioned through rolling and a construction method thereof. The carbon fiber reinforcement structure includes carbon fiber strips arranged and fixed to the bottom surface of a beam body in an attached mode, a pair of guide wheels arranged on the beam body in a hanging mode and a pair of retractable wheels arranged on the beam body ina hanging mode and arranged below the corresponding guide wheels; the pair of guide wheels are arranged on the bottom surfaces of the carbon fiber strips and located at the opposite ends of the beambody, and after the carbon fiber strips are arranged on the corresponding guide wheels in a winding mode, the opposite two ends of the carbon fiber strips extend downwards to form tensioning ends; andthe tensioning ends are fixed to the retractable wheels in a winding mode, and prestress is applied by rotating the pair of retractable wheels to stretch the tensioning ends of the carbon fiber strip. By arranging and fixing the ends of the carbon fiber strips in a winding mode to the corresponding retractable wheels, the retractable wheels are wound by a plurality of layers, that is, a pluralityof carbon fiber strips are arranged in an attached with one another mode to be overlapped to form a thickness, the thickness at the tensioning end increases, and the cross-sectional area of the tensioning ends of the carbon fiber strips is increased. When the applied control stress is constant, the tensioning force of the carbon fibers is large.
本发明涉及一种通过滚动张拉的碳纤维加固结构及其施工方法,其中加固结构包括:贴设固定于梁体底面的碳纤维条;挂设于梁体的一对导向轮,一对导向轮设于碳纤维条的底面且位于梁体的相对两端,碳纤维条绕设于对应的导向轮后碳纤维条的相对两端均向下延伸形成张拉端;挂设于梁体且设于对应的导向轮下方的一对收放轮,张拉端缠绕固定于收放轮,通过转动一对收放轮以张拉碳纤维条的张拉端从而施加预应力。通过将碳纤维条的端部绕设固定于对应的收放轮,使得收放轮上缠绕有多层,即多个碳纤维条相互贴设重叠形成的厚度,张拉端处的厚度增大,增大了碳纤维条的张拉端的横截面积。在施加的控制应力一定的情况下,碳纤维的张拉力较大。
