The invention discloses a green ecological enclosure and a construction method thereof. An enclosure monomer comprises a bricking base, loading plates, baffles and a concrete base, the two sides of the bricking base are each provided with a first round log, a second round log is arranged between the two first round logs, and the bottoms of the loading plates, the second round log and the first round logs are all poured into the concrete base. The method comprises the steps of a, construction foundation treating; b, bricking base building; c, first round log installing; d, loading plate installing; e, concrete base pouring; f, baffle installing; and g, cover plate installing. According to the green ecological enclosure and the construction method thereof, the loading plates are installed ina unified mode through the second round log and the bricking base, the bottoms of the loading plates are vertically positioned and poured into the concrete base, holes do not need to be formed in thebricking base, the integrality of the multiple loading plates is improved, the fixed connection area of the loading plates and the bricking base is increased, the loading plates cannot generate a toppling phenomenon in a gale weather, the wind resistance is extremely high, and then the green ecological enclosure also cannot generate the toppling phenomenon.
