The invention provides an agricultural automatic precise irrigation system. The agricultural automatic precise irrigation system comprises a water supply unit, a pipeline connecting unit, a switchingunit and a water level difference control unit, wherein the water supply unit is provided with a water storage tank, and corresponding water flow is input into the water storage tank through a water pump so as to be used in the later period; the pipeline connecting unit is correspondingly connected with the water supply unit through a plastic pipeline, and then corresponding multi-directional pipeline connection is carried out through a two-way pipe, a three-way pipe and a four-way pipe; the switching unit is characterized in that one end of the inner side of a well is detachably connected with the plastic pipeline, wells are arranged at the edges of a plurality of paddy fields, water in a main plastic pipe is subjected to equal-height-difference renewal by utilizing the wells, and meanwhile, the periphery of the well is correspondingly connected with the water level difference control unit through the plastic pipe; and the water level difference control unit is used for introducing the corresponding water into a farmland automatic irrigation constant water device through the plastic pipeline, and then the corresponding water is discharged by a farmland automatic irrigation device.
