MXene modified concrete early strength agent and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses an MXene modified concrete early strength agent which comprises the following components: 20 to 50 parts of MXene, 5 to 35 parts of acetate, 15 to 35 parts of bromide, 10 to 20parts of calcium fluoride, and 2 to 10 parts of triethanolamine. The preparation method of the early strength agent comprises the steps: uniformly mixing the MXene, the acetate, the calcium fluorideand the bromide in proportion in a mixer, adding the triethanolamine, and grinding. The MXene modified concrete early strength agent and the preparation method thereof provided by the invention have the advantages that the early strength of concrete is greatly improved, the later strength is continuously increased, and the durability of the concrete is improved; meanwhile, the preparation method is simple in process and convenient to implement, and is not interfered by a field environment.
本发明公开了一种MXene改性混凝土早强剂,包括如下组分:MXene 20~50份;乙酸盐5~35份;溴化物15~35份;氟化钙10~20份;三乙醇胺2~10份。制备该早强剂的方法为:将MXene、乙酸盐、氟化钙、溴化物按比例在混料机中混合均匀后,加入三乙醇胺后研磨即可。本发明提供的一种MXene改性混凝土早强剂及其制备方法,具有大幅度提高混凝土早期强度,后期强度持续增长,改善混凝土耐久性的特点;同时其制备方法工艺简单,方便实施,不受现场环境的干扰。
