Preparation process of concrete foaming agent
The invention discloses a preparation process of a foam concrete composite foaming agent, and belongs to the field of concrete materials. The process comprises the following steps: 1, preparing modified tea saponin: putting tea saponin, epoxy chloropropane, polyethylene glycol ether, silicone oil, 3-dimethylaminopropylamine, polydimethylsiloxane, methyl methacrylate, triethylene glycol and glycerol into a reactor, adding an aqueous solution of alkali metal hydroxide, uniformly mixing, and heating to react so as to prepare the modified tea saponin; 2, preparing a composite foaming agent solution A; and 3, preparing the composite foaming agent. The tea saponin is modified, and a composite foaming liquid is added to improve the activity of active substances on the surface of the foaming agent, so the finally prepared concrete composite foaming agent has excellent foaming performance, the foaming multiple and the defoaming rate are remarkably improved, much foam concrete can be prepared bythe foaming agent per unit mass, and the foaming agent is a very excellent foam concrete foaming agent.
本发明公开一种泡沫混凝土复合发泡剂的制备工艺，属于混凝土材料领域，包括如下步骤：第1步、制备改性茶皂素：按重量计，取茶皂素、环氧氯丙烷、聚乙二醇醚、硅油、3‑二甲胺基丙胺、聚二甲基硅氧烷、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、三甘醇和丙三醇放入反应器中，加入碱金属氢氧化物的水溶液混合均匀，加热反应，制备得到改性茶皂素；第2步、制备复合发泡剂A液；第3步、制备复合发泡剂。本发明通过对茶皂素进行改性，同时加入复合发泡液，以提高发泡剂表面活性物质的活性。由此，最终制备得到的混凝土复合发泡剂，具备优良的发泡性能，其发泡倍数和消泡率显著提升，单位质量的发泡剂能够制备更多的泡沫混凝土，是一种非常优良的泡沫混凝土发泡剂。
