Pavement marking trace treatment coating and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a pavement marking trace treatment coating and a preparation method thereof. The pavement marking trace treatment coating comprises, by weight, 16-18 parts of a binder, 1-3 parts of a tackifier, 1-3 parts of a plasticizer, 1-3 parts of a reinforcing colorant, 40-45 parts of a first filler and 55-60 parts of a second filler. The pavement marking trace treatment coating is prepared by mixing the binder, the tackifier, the plasticizer, the reinforcing colorant, the first filler and the second filler, and forms homogeneous composite particles adopting the binder as a core,an adhesive layer formed by an additive composed of the tackifier, the plasticizer and the reinforcing colorant is arranged around the binder, and an adhesive dispersion layer composed of the first filler and the second filler is arranged on the outer layer of the homogeneous composite particles. The obtained pavement marking trace treatment coating is a powdery hot-melt coating at normal temperature, does not contain solvent volatile components, can be mechanically and quickly constructed, and has very good skid resistance, wear resistance and durability.
本发明公开了一种路面标线痕迹处理涂料及其制备方法,路面标线痕迹处理涂料由以下重量份数计的原料组成:粘结剂16~18份、增粘剂1~3份、增塑剂1~3份、补强着色剂1~3份、第一填料40~45份和第二填料55~60份。本发明的路面标线痕迹处理涂料由粘结剂、增粘剂、增塑剂、补强着色剂、第一填料和第二填料混合组成,并形成以粘结剂为核的微小包核的均质复合颗粒,粘结剂的周围是由增粘剂、增塑剂和补强着色剂构成的添加剂形成的黏合层,外层是由第一填料和第二填料构成的黏合分散层。所得到的路面标线痕迹处理涂料在常温下为粉状的热熔涂料,成分中无溶剂挥发成分,能够机械化快速施工,具有很好的抗滑、耐磨、耐久的性能。
