Transparent crystal grain for improving texture of polished tile
The invention discloses a transparent crystal grain for improving the texture of a polished tile. The formula of the transparent crystal grain comprises, by mass, 15-25% of cobalt powder, 20-30% of aluminum potassium sulfate, 15-25% of sodium chloride, 10-20% of an oxalic acid mixed liquor, 2-4% of sodium chromate, 10-20% of hydroiodic acid, 1-3% of an ethanol mixed liquor, 5-10% of butyrolactone,0.5-1% of an inhibitor and 0.5-1% of a forming agent. The cobalt powder, aluminum potassium sulfate and sodium chloride are used as raw materials, and a traditional manufacturing process adopting tungsten carbide powder as a raw material is abandoned, so the transparent crystal grain is free of toxic substances, and avoids adverseness of long-time contact to health of users; and the transparent crystal grain is processed by adopting butyrolactone and the forming agent, so that the corrosion resistance of the transparent crystal grain is greatly improved, the crystallization of the transparentcrystal grain is facilitated, the crystallization speed of the transparent crystal grain is increased, the density of the transparent crystal grain is uniform during manufacturing, and the texture ofthe polished tile is improved.
本发明公开了一种提升抛光砖质感的透明晶粒,配方包括:钴粉、硫酸铝钾、氯化钠、草酸混合液、铬酸钠、氢碘酸、乙醇混合液、丁内酯、抑制剂和成型剂,各组分的质量百分含量分别是:15‑25%的钴粉、20‑30%的硫酸铝钾、15‑25%的氯化钠、10‑20%的草酸混合液、2‑4%的铬酸钠、10‑20%的氢碘酸、1‑3%的乙醇混合液、5‑10%的丁内酯、0.5‑1%的抑制剂和0.5‑1%的成型剂;该发明采用钴粉、硫酸铝钾与氯化钠为原料,摒弃传统采用碳化钨粉为原料的制作工艺,不含有毒物质,避免长时间接触造成不利于用户健康,采用丁内酯与成型剂加工该透明晶粒,大大增加透明晶粒耐腐蚀度,有利于透明晶结晶,加快透明晶粒结晶速度,该透明晶粒在制作时密度更加均匀,有利于提升抛光砖质感。
