Recycled concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses recycled concrete and a preparation method thereof. Recycled aggregate is subjected to carbonization modification so that the surface uniformity of the recycled aggregate is improved; then the carbonized recycled aggregate is wrapped with cement paste; meanwhile, a water reducing agent and thermoplastic polymer fibers are added as auxiliary agents, so that the porosity generated in the practical process of the concrete powder is reduced; finally, secondary carbonization treatment is performed. In the carbonization process, the originally generated porosity can be filledwith thermoplastic polymer fibers in the heating process, and the porosity is further reduced; meanwhile, the thermoplastic polymer fibers are melted and deformed to form a net-shaped structure in the heating process, particle materials in the net-shaped structure are bound, and therefore the strength of the recycled concrete is improved.
本发明公开了一种再生混凝土及其制备方法,通过对再生骨料进行碳化改性,提高再生骨料的表面的均匀度,然后采用水泥浆对碳化后的再生骨料进行包裹,同时添加减水剂和热塑性高分子纤维作为辅助剂,降低混凝土粉实用过程中产生的孔隙率,最后再进二次碳化处理,在碳化的过程中,原本产生的空隙率会在加热的过程中被热塑性高分子纤维填充,进一步的减少空隙率的产生,同时热塑性高分子纤维在加热的过程中,融化变形形成网状结构,对其中的颗粒物料进行束缚,从而提高再生混凝土的强度。
