The invention discloses an inclined shaft ballast bed nondestructive renovation method . The nondestructive renovation method comprises the steps that S1, the subsidence amount of the ballast bed is measured; S2, a sizing block with the same height as the subsidence amount is manufactured; S3, a track laid on the ballast bed is lifted, and the sizing block is placed between the track and the ballast bed; and S4, the lower end of the sizing block is fixedly connected with foundation bolts on the ballast bed, and the upper end of the sizing block is fixedly connected with the track. By means ofthe method, the track in the ballast bed subsidence area can be lifted and stably supported, the track does not deflect any more, and therefore it is guaranteed that a transport vehicle can stably run.
本发明公开了一种斜井道床无损整修方法，包括步骤：S1、测量所述道床的下沉量；S2、制作与所述下沉量相同高度的垫铁；S3、提升所述道床上铺设的轨道，并将所述垫铁放入所述轨道与道床之间；S4、将所述垫铁的下端与所述道床上的地脚螺栓固定相连，将所述垫铁的上端与所述轨道固定相连。通过该方法能够将道床下沉区域的轨道提升起来，并对其形成稳定的支撑，使轨道不再产生下挠现象，从而保证运输车辆能够平稳地运行。
