Bridge tower vertical rotating system and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a bridge tower vertical rotating system and a construction method thereof. The bridge tower vertical rotating system comprises a vertical rotating device, a traction device anda vertical twisting system. The vertical twisting system is installed on a bridge pier on the side of the tower root of the bridge tower and used for being hinged to the tower root end of the bridgetower. The top end of the vertical rotating device is erected in the middle of the bridge tower, and the bottom end of the vertical rotating device is erected on the traction device. The fixing part of the traction device is erected on the horizontal pier and can vertically support the bottom end of the vertical rotating device, and a movable part is horizontally connected to the bottom end of thevertical rotating device; when the traction device acts, the bottom end of the vertical rotating device can be driven to move horizontally, and then the height of the tower head end of the bridge tower is changed. The bridge tower vertical rotating system and the construction method thereof can be applied to arch bridge vertical rotation construction in the process of crossing canyons, existing highways and existing railway lines and vertical rotation of various special-shaped prefabricated bridge towers including vertical bridge towers, vertical rotation construction and temporary back buckling towers, and have good application and popularization prospects.
