According to the invention, the support plate is arranged on the support column; the hydraulic lifter on the supporting plate enable the device to adjust the height of the bearing table, two movable supporting plates are arranged on the bearing table such that the supporting strength of the device is improved, the connecting plates are arranged on the bearing table, buffer springs on the connecting plates play a great role in buffering and damping, and the stability of the device is improved.
