The device comprises an outer cylinder, and a hinge wheel shaft is erected in the outer cylinder; hingewheel blades are wound on the hinge wheel shaft; one end of the hinge wheel shaft is connected with the outer cylinder through a bearing; the other end of the hinge wheel shaft is connected with theouter cylinder through a positioning support frame; a feeding hole is formed in one side, close to the positioning support frame, of the outer cylinder; a discharge hole is formed in one side, close to the bearing, of the outer cylinder; the end, connected with the bearing, of the hinge wheel shaft is connected with a chain wheel through a coupler; a chain wheel is connected with a power source through a chain; the chain wheel drives the hinge wheel shaft in the outer cylinder to rotate, so that the hinge wheel blades are driven to spirally rotate in the outer cylinder, sand is spirally conveyed to the discharging port through the feeding port, and the problems that in the prior art, due to the fact that a sand taking shovel collects ground sand in the advancing process, the sand taking amount is small, and the sand taking effect is not ideal are solved.
