Self-adaptive wind barrier device
The invention discloses a self-adaptive wind barrier device, which belongs to the environmental protection field. The device is arranged on two sides of a bridge and a road in a strong wind area. Thedevice comprises a wind barrier rotating plate, a wind barrier plate and steel stand columns, wherein the steel stand columns are arranged in the extending direction of a bridge and a road at certainintervals; bearing pedestals are installed on a flange plate of the steel stand column at certain intervals from bottom to top from the ground; a rotating shaft of the wind barrier rotating plate penetrates into a bearing of the bearing pedestal; the wind barrier plates are fixed to the wind barrier rotating plate through conical tail wires and are arranged next to one another; an elastic piece fixing shaft is as high as the center of the bearing pedestal; a circular part of the elastic piece is fixed to the elastic piece fixing shaft through a fixing screw; and the two arch-shaped ends of theelastic piece make contact with the two sides of each wind barrier plate. The bridge is prevented from being damaged, the safety is improved, the service life is prolonged, and the investment cost isreduced; furthermore, the damage probability of the wind barrier unit plates can be reduced, and the service life of the self-adaptive wind barrier device is prolonged.
一种自适应风障装置,属于环保领域,它设置于强风区桥梁及道路两旁,包括风障旋转板、风障板、钢立柱,沿桥梁及道路延伸方向每隔一定距离设置钢立柱,在钢立柱翼缘板上自地面由下而上每隔一定距离安装轴承座,风障旋转板的转轴穿入轴承座的轴承内,风障板通过锥尾丝固定于风障旋转板上,各个风障板紧挨设置,弹片固定轴设置高度与轴承座中心高度一致,弹片圆形部分通过固定螺丝固定于弹片固定轴上,弹片弓形两端与风障板两边接触。本发明避免桥梁被破坏,提高其安全性,延长其使用寿命,减少其投资成本;进一步可以减小风障单元板的损坏几率,延长自适应风障装置的使用寿命。
