Urban underpass tunnel and construction method
The invention discloses an urban underpass tunnel and a construction method. The urban underpass tunnel comprises a plurality of supporting piles, the bottom ends of the supporting piles are insertedinto bedrock under the road surface for fixation, the multiple supporting piles are distributed on the two sides of a road, and on either side of the road, the multiple supporting piles are arranged in sequence in the road extension direction; transverse top beams are arranged between two opposite supporting piles on the two sides of the road, and at least one road slab is paved on the transversetop beams; and the road under the road slab and between two rows of supporting piles is used for excavation of a tunnel foundation pit. According to the urban underpass tunnel and the construction method, a traditional open excavation construction method of the urban underpass tunnel is transformed into a "concealed excavation method", and the excavation of the lower foundation pit and the construction of a lining are carried out under the condition of not affecting the driving above.
本发明公开了一种城市下穿隧道及施工方法,包括若干支护桩,支护桩底端插入路面以下基岩内固定,若干支护桩分布排布在道路两侧,在道路任意一侧,若干支护桩沿道路延伸方向依次排布;道路两侧相对的两个支护桩之间设有横顶梁,横顶梁上铺设有至少一个路面板;位于路面板下方、且位于两排支护桩之间的道路用于开挖隧道基坑。本发明将城市下穿隧道传统的明挖施工方法转变为“暗挖法”,在不影响上面行车的条件下,进行下部基坑开挖及衬砌的施做。
