The invention discloses a micro pile grouting structure used for existing building foundation reinforcement treatment. The micro pile grouting structure comprises a grouting pipe located in a pile pipe, a mounting pipe is fixedly mounted at the lower end of the grouting pipe, the mounting pipe is of a hollow structure, the two ends of the mounting pipe communicate, a supporting seat is fixedly mounted on the mounting pipe, a micro motor is fixedly mounted on the supporting seat, the micro motor is fixedly mounted on the micro motor, a driving shaft is fixedly mounted at the driving end of themicro motor, a plurality of driven shafts are further rotationally connected to the lower surface of the supporting seat, a transmission mechanism is mounted between the driving shaft and the driven shafts, a mounting seat is mounted on the mounting pipe through a rotating mechanism, the mounting seat is annular; and a connecting mechanism is mounted among the driving shaft, the driven shaft and the mounting seat. The micro pile grouting structure used for existing building foundation reinforcement treatment has the advantages that a movable shielding seat is used for controlling whether a through hole is in a shielding state or not, excessive outflow of grout is avoided, and meanwhile foundation soil in a foundation can be prevented from entering the pile pipe through the through hole.
