A first containing cavity for containing primary water is formed in the primary water filter barrel, a second containing cavity capable of containing purified water is formed in the purified water collection barrel, a third containing cavity for containing sewage is formed in the sewage collection barrel, the upper end face of the primary water containing barrel is provided with a first water inlet communicating with the ground, a primary water filter layering structure is arranged in the first containing cavity, a first water outlet is formed in the inner side wall of the upper end of the first containing cavity and communicates with the inner side wall of the second containing cavity through a first water outlet device, the inner side wall of the lower end of the first containing cavity is provided with a second wateroutlet for discharging the sewage, the second water outlet communicates with the inner side wall of the third containing cavity through a second water outlet device, a cleaning device for cleaning the third containing cavity is arranged in the third containing cavity, and a third water outlet is further formed in the upper end face of the third containing cavity and communicates with the inner side wall of the first containing cavity through a third water outlet device.
