The invention discloses temporary emergency portable secondary water supply equipment. The equipment comprises an air pressure tank and a gasbag. The outer end surface of the air pressure tank is formed by being wrapped with a shell. The gasbag is arranged in the shell. A solid gasbag bottom bracket is connected under the gasbag in a matched mode. The upper end of the gasbag is fixed to the upperend of the shell through a male flange. The lower end of the gasbag is fixed to the lower end of the shell through a fastening device. The lower end of the fastening device is rotationally connected with an elbow pipe through a rotating joint. One end of the elbow pipe is connected with an external pipe joint. An armrest is welded to one side of the upper portion of the shell. Lifting yokes are mounted below the armrest. A storage battery is mounted on one side of the shell. A PLC control panel is mounted at one side of the storage battery and electrically connected with a liquid crystal display. One side of the lower portion of the liquid crystal display is electrically connected with a wireless data receiver and a wireless data emitter. The temporary emergency portable secondary water supply equipment is small in size and high in practicability and can be moved and used at any time in emergency conveniently.
