Waste water lifting device
The invention discloses a waste water lifting device. The waste water lifting device comprises a water absorbing filtering cage, a limiting guide rod, a sand setting disk, a water absorbing pipe and adiaphragm valve assembly. The diaphragm valve assembly is connected with the water absorbing pipe, and the tail end of the water absorbing pipe is provided with the water absorbing filtering cage; the water absorbing filtering cage is movably fixed in a water collecting pond through the limiting guide rod; and the sand setting disk is arranged at the bottom of the water collecting pond. The wastewater lifting device innovatively solves the muddy sand clearing difficulty problem of a water collecting pit, and the problems that a lifter end head protecting device is prone to get loose when used in the vibration environment, and consequently a liquid level sensor is not sensitive, and the using safety is affected, and achieves that the water absorbing height is flexibly adjusted. The wastewater lifting device is simple in structure, small in occupied area, convenient to transport and maintain, flexible in adjustable range, and high in applicability and has broad application prospects.
本发明公开了一种废水提升装置,包括吸水滤笼、限位导杆、沉砂盘、吸水管、隔膜阀组件;所述隔膜阀组件连接吸水管,吸水管的末端设有吸水滤笼,吸水滤笼通过限位导杆活动固定在集水池内;所述集水池的底部设有沉砂盘。本发明创新性地解决了集水坑泥砂清掏困难,提升器端头保护装置在震动环境中使用容易松脱,造成液位传感器不灵敏,影响使用安全等问题,并实现吸水高度的灵活调节。本发明结构简单、占地小、运维方便,且具有灵活的可调范围,适用性强,具有广阔的应用前景。
