The invention discloses a movable highway anti-plugging drain outlet, which comprises a main body, a filter plate, an installation casing, a movable filter frame, a flare tube and a resonance bar. A first sliding slot is formed in the inside lateral face of the main body, and a guide pillar is embedded in the middle of the first sliding slot. A rubber pillar is arranged on the right side of the movable filter frame, and the rubber pillar is embedded in the inner side of the main body. Installation blocks are integrally arranged on two sides of the front portion of the main body, the resonancebar is welded to the filter plate, and the main body is clamped inside a drain through the installation blocks. A shifting lever and the filter plate are arranged on the movable highway anti-pluggingdrain outlet, and the shifting lever moves under pressure to cooperate with a convex block to effectively drive the filter plate to move during usage. Meanwhile, the filter plate performs reciprocating sliding under the actions of the guide pillar and a spring, so as to effectively discharge foreign matters on the surface of the filter plate under a tilting structure and effectively prevent the foreign matters from plugging the filter plate.
