Steel frame beam column cross-shaped joint
The invention discloses a steel frame beam column cross-shaped joint. The steel frame beam column cross-shaped joint comprises a box column, two I-shaped beams and two partition plates, wherein the two I-shaped beams are symmetrically welded to the two sides of the box column, and the upper flanges and the lower flanges of the I-shaped beams are arranged in the column axis direction of the box column; the two partition plates are welded inside the box column at the joints between the box column and the upper flanges and the lower flanges of the two I-shaped beams; and a flange widening part and a flange weakening part are correspondingly arranged in each of the two I-shaped beams, wherein the flange widening parts are arranged at the joints between the I-shaped beams and the box column, and the flange weakening parts are tightly connected with the flange widening parts in a weakening mode. Compared with a traditional beam-column joint, the steel frame beam column cross-shaped joint hasthe advantages that outward movement of plastic hinges can be effectively achieved through arrangement of the flange widening parts and the flange weakening parts, and therefore anti-vibration property of the joint is greatly improved; and besides, the partition plates arranged at the joints between the I-shaped beams and the box column increase the sectional area of the flanges of the I-shaped beams, so that the bending resistance of a beam at the joint is improved, and the bearing capacity of the joint is further improved.
本发明公开了一种钢框架梁柱十字形节点,包括:箱型柱;两个工字梁,对称焊接于箱型柱两侧,且工字梁的上翼缘和下翼缘沿箱型柱的柱轴方向设置;及两个隔板,于箱型柱与两个工字梁的上翼缘和下翼缘的接头处焊接于箱型柱内部;在两个工字梁中,分别设有翼缘加宽部和翼缘削弱部,且翼缘加宽部设于工字梁与箱型柱的接头处,翼缘削弱部紧接翼缘加宽部削弱设置。与传统的梁柱节点相比,该钢框架梁柱十字形节点中翼缘加宽部和翼缘削弱部的设置能够有效实现塑性铰的外移,从而大大提高了节点的抗震性能。此外,工字梁与箱型柱接头处设置的折板加大了工字型梁翼缘的截面面积,使得节点处的梁抗弯能力得到提高,进一步提高了节点的承载力。
