The invention discloses an assembly-type waterproof connecting node structure of building prefabricated outer wallboards. The structure comprises the outer wallboards, a horizontal groove, a connecting strip and vertical grooves, wherein the horizontal groove is formed at a central line of a horizontal joint of the outer wallboard; the connecting strip is installed in the horizontal groove and cancollect the upper outer wallboard and the lower outer wallboard; and the vertical grooves are formed in vertical joints of the outer wallboards. The waterproof connecting node structure disclosed bythe invention has the beneficial effects that isolation is realized by the aluminum alloy connecting strip; external water can only flow out along the vertical grooves after entering the horizontal groove; the connecting node structure is simple and easy in installation, and the problem of bumping during transportation or carrying is avoided; and the structure of a production die is simplified, cost invested is saved, and production efficiency is increased.
本发明公开了一种装配式建筑预制外墙板防水连接节点构造，包括外墙板、横向凹槽、连接条和竖向凹槽，所述的外墙板的水平接缝的中线位置设置有横向凹槽；所述的连接条安装在横向凹槽内用于连接上下两块外墙板；所述的外墙板的竖向接缝处设置有竖向凹槽。本发明的防水连接点构造指直接采用铝合金连接条进行隔绝，外部的水进入到横向凹槽后只能沿着竖向凹槽流出，连接节点构造简单，安装方便，不必担心运输或搬运过程中磕碰的问题；并且其简化了生产模具的结构，节省了成本的投入，加快生产效率。
