The invention discloses an aluminum sheet structure convenient to dismount and mount and relates to the technical field of aluminum sheets. The structure comprises a main panel, lateral sides and a jointing fixing plate. The lateral sides are mounted on the periphery of the main panel and connected through welding. Strip-shaped grooves are formed in the left side and the right side of the lateralsides correspondingly. The top of the jointing fixing plate is fixedly connected with a connecting plate, and left side and the right side of the connecting plate are fixedly connected with clamping strips correspondingly. The outer surfaces of the clamping strips are in clamping joint with the inner surfaces of the corresponding strip-shaped grooves. Magnetic frames are embedded in the inner surfaces of the strip-shaped grooves correspondingly. The clamping strips are made of materials which are magnetic strips attracting the magnetic frames mutually. The front and rear sides of the left andright sides of the lateral sides are fixedly connected with mounting blocks correspondingly. According to the aluminum sheet structure convenient to dismount and mount, large gaps appearing during aluminum sheet mounting can be avoided with cooperation of the jointing fixing plate, the clamping strips and clamping grooves; and moreover, since the magnetic clamping strips are matched with the magnetic frames, the jointing fixing plate is convenient to mount, and using is convenient.
