Prefabricated steel and wood combined truss
The invention relates to design of a floor and roof support system, in particular to a prefabricated steel and wood combined truss which comprises an upper chord member (1), a lower chord member (2) and a plurality of web members (3), wherein the web members (3) are oblique shaped; the included angle of each of the web members (3) and the vertical plane is 15-75 degrees; one end of each of the webmembers is connected with the upper chord member; the other end of each of the web members is connected with the lower chord member; and adjacent web members are connected end to end. The prefabricated steel and wood combined truss is concise in form and reasonable in overall stress and can give full play to the material strength of a compressed chord member, a pulled chord rod and the web members; the component is conveniently mounted through a bolt, and welding connection is not needed, so that the construction period is greatly shortened and the labor intensity is lowered. The model numberand the quantity of the members forming the truss are greatly reduced compared with those of a conventional truss, so that the cost is remarkably reduced; and the prefabricated steel and wood combined truss is wide in application, can be used for various building types, and is particularly suitable for the roof and floorslab structure of commercial or civil buildings. A hollow structure enables apipeline and an electric wire to be laid more easily.
本发明涉及一种针对楼面和屋面支撑系统设计,具体为一种装配式钢木组合桁架,包括上弦杆(1)、下弦杆(2)和腹杆(3),所述腹杆(3)呈倾斜状,所述腹杆(3)与竖直平面夹角为15‑75°,所述腹杆的一端与上弦杆连接,所述腹杆的另一端与下弦杆连接,所述腹杆为多个且相邻腹杆之间收尾连接,形式简洁,整体受力合理,能较充分发挥受压弦杆、受拉弦杆及腹杆的材料强度。构件安装方便,只采用螺栓安装,不用焊接连接,大大地缩短施工周期以及降低劳动强度。组成桁架的杆件型号和数量比常规桁架大大减少,可明显降低成本,应用广泛,可用于各种建筑类型,特别适合于商用或民用建筑的屋顶和楼板结构。空腹结构使得管道、电线等较易铺设。
