The invention relates to the field of drainage pipelines, in particular to a pressure-adjustable down pipeleader system and a pressure adjusting valve. The pressure-adjustable down pipeleader system comprises a pressure-adjustable telescopic device, a rainwater hopper, a down pipe, pipe clamps and a bend; the pressure-adjustable telescopic device comprises a telescopic joint pipe, an oblique branch pipe communicating with the telescopic joint pipe, and the pressure adjusting valve used for adjusting the positive and negative pressure of the system; the pressure adjusting valve comprises a valve body provided with ventilation holes, a flexible pad used for sealing the ventilation holes, a telescopic ventilation part, and a hard washer provided with through holes; and the inner wall of the valve body is provided with a plurality of axial flow channels used for ventilation. When the negative pressure is generated, the ventilation part is compressed by the flexible pad, so that air sequentially passes through the ventilation holes, the flow channels, the ventilation part and the through holes to enter the oblique branch pipe. The negative pressure generated by a high-speed water flow in the down pipe is balanced through the pressure adjusting valve which can adjust the air pressure, and thus the pressure-adjustable down pipeleader system has the beneficial effects of being capableof automatically adjusting the air pressure and preventing absorption flatness and leakage, easy to repair, and simple in structure.
