The paint is stirred through the rotation of a stirring barrel in the direction opposite to the direction of a first transmission shaft, and therefore the paint stirring efficiency is improved; a rubber membrane is pulled by a guide rod topress the paint in the stirring cavity into a paint tank, the height of a rolling brush device can also be adjusted in the mode that a push rod is pushed, the wall face at the high position can be conveniently painted, and the climbing risk is avoided.
