The telescopic and safe construction suspended basket is characterized in that asupporting frame is arranged on the supporting plate; the supporting frame extends along the edge of the supporting plate from one end of the supporting plate towards one side of the supporting plateand finally extends to the other end of the supporting plate; a plurality of trapezoidal plates are arranged on the supporting plate and distributed at equal intervals; short straight edges of the trapezoidal plates are positioned at the other side of the supporting plate; the trapezoidal plate in the middle is a trapezoidal fixed plate; the trapezoidal fixed plate is fixedly connected to the supporting plate; the rest of the trapezoidal plates are trapezoidal rotating plates; each hydraulic rod is arranged between the corresponding two adjacent trapezoidal plates; fixed ends of the hydraulicrods are fixedly provided with fixed hinge seats; each of the fixed hinge seats is hinged to the corresponding two adjacent trapezoidal plates; a telescopic end of each of the hydraulic rods is connected with two rotating rods in a hinged manner; and the ends of the two rotating rods which are connected to the same hydraulic rod are separately hinged to the corresponding two adjacent trapezoidal plates.
