The invention provides a concrete formwork connection structure and method, and belongs to the field of construction of concrete structures. The concrete formwork connection structure comprises a casing pipe part and a connection device, wherein the casing pipe part is of a tubular structure; and one end of the casing pipe part is connected with a first hole, the other end of the casing pipe partis connected with a second hole, a body of the connection device is located in the casing pipe part, one end of the connection device is connected to a first concrete formwork, and the other end of the connection device is connected with a second concrete formwork. The casing pipe part is additionally arranged, and the first hole in the first concrete formwork and the second hole in the second formwork are connected by means of the casing pipe part, so that concrete fluid is prevented from flowing out via the first hole or the second hole; and the connection device is mounted on the two sidesof the casing pipe part to connect the first concrete formwork and the second concrete formwork, and the casing pipe part is left in the concrete after the concrete is cured, so that the formwork erection speed is increased, the project investment is reduced, and the construction period is shortened.
