Reinforced concrete beam column support formwork
The invention relates to a reinforced concrete beam column support formwork. The formwork comprises a bottom plate, shaping devices, a support device and an auxiliary device, wherein a rectangular through hole is formed in the middle of the bottom plate; the shaping devices are uniformly arranged above the rectangular through hole; every two shaping devices are connected through a hinge; and the lowest shaping device is mounted on the bottom plate. The reinforced concrete beam column support template can solve the following problems: for pouring a reinforced concrete beam column, existing equipment cannot splice beam columns of different lengths, and different equipment is needed to pour the beam columns of different lengths, so that the pouring steps and cost are increased, the equipmentutilization ratio is reduced; and in addition, a pouring formwork cannot be reinforced when the beam columns are poured, so that the phenomena that the pouring formwork deforms, cracks or separates due to excessive stress are caused, the beam column pouring failure is caused, the pouring success rate is reduced, and the manpower and material resources are wasted.
本发明涉及一种钢筋混凝土梁柱浇筑支护模板,包括底板、塑形装置、支撑装置和辅助装置,所述的底板中部设置有矩形通孔,矩形通孔上方均匀设置有塑形装置,每两个塑形装置之间通过铰链连接,位于最下方的塑形装置安装在底板上。本发明可以解决现有的设备在针对钢筋混凝土梁柱浇筑时,不能根据不同长度的梁柱进行拼接处理,针对不同长度的梁柱进行浇筑时,需要不同的设备,从而增加了浇筑的步骤和成本,降低了设备的使用率,同时,不能在梁柱浇筑时对浇筑模板进行加固,容易出现因受力过大,浇筑模板出现变形、断裂或分离的现象,从而导致梁柱浇筑失败,降低了浇筑的成功率,浪费了人力物力等难题。
