The turnover size-adjustable through-wall concealed pipe tension screw assembly comprises a supporting body in a wall formwork and a tension screw penetrating through the wall formwork, wherein the supporting body comprises a cone-shaped rotating-tower type sleeve and a plug, and the sharp end ofthe sleeve makes contact with the sharp end of the plug; a wood beam is further tightly pressed on the outer side of the wall formwork, axial through holes are formed in the sleeve and the plug respectively, and the tension screw penetrates through the wood beam, the wall formwork and the axial through holes in the sleeve and the plug in sequence. The tension screw is sleeved with E-shaped clampsand fixing nuts in sequence, and a cylindrical or rectangular steel pipe can be tightly pressed on the outer side of the wood beam through the E-shaped clamps by screwing the fixing nuts up.
