The invention provides a combined ladder cage for construction engineering and belongs to the technical field of construction ladder cage equipment. The combined ladder cage comprises down-stair cagemechanisms and up-stair cage mechanisms, wherein two groups of the down-stair cage mechanisms are disposed and connected to a baseplate respectively, and the down-stair cage mechanisms are disposed onthe upper side of a down-stair hole in the middle of the baseplate; two groups of the up-stair cage mechanisms are disposed and connected to a top plate respectively, and the up-stair cage mechanismsare also disposed on the lower side of an up-stair hole of the top plate; a bolt through hole A and a bolt through hole B are formed in the baseplate and the top plate respectively; and the baseplateand the top plate are connected by a height adjustment mechanism. Through rotation of a rotary handle sleeve, a screw is driven to rotate, so an upper rotary adjustment plate frame and a lower rotaryadjustment plate frame can be moved inwards with an adjustment shaft and can be rotated on the adjustment shaft as well as an upper connecting rod and a lower connecting rod; through adjustment of the height of a ladder cage, the ladder cage can be hoisted and put on another set of ladder cage; and an insertion cylinder can be downwards inserted on an insertion pillar, and the baseplate is placedon the top plate and clamped on the inner side of an outer clamping frame, so installation is convenient.
