The prestressed concrete annular supporting column comprises ultra-high-performance concrete and a skeleton, the skeleton is poured in the ultra-high-performance concrete and comprises a plurality of main ribs and a plurality of annular positioning sheets, the annular positioning sheets are distributed in the length direction of the main ribs at equal intervals, a plurality of positioning holes are circumferentially and evenly formed in the annular positioning sheets, and the main ribs are arranged in the positioning holes in one-to-one correspondence and penetrating modes. The structure of the annular supporting column is significantly simplified, the position deviationand eccentric error of the main ribs are reduced, thus the intervals of the main ribs keep consistent, stress of the annular supporting column is uniform, the strength of the annular supporting column is improved, and the crack phenomenon of the annular supporting column is relieved.
