Driving mechanism and turning device
The invention discloses a driving mechanism and a turning device. A rotating shaft is sleeved with a case; then a guiding sleeve is arranged outside the rotating shaft in a sleeving manner; a drivingassembly is mounted in the guiding sleeve; and therefore, the driving assembly is in transmission fit with the rotating shaft so as to complete assembling operation of the driving mechanism. The design of all structures of the driving mechanism provided by the scheme adopts a sleeving connection manner and internal structures are all mounted in the case so as to improve the integrity of the driving mechanism, ensure that the fit among the structures is more compact, and greatly reduce the overall structural size of the driving mechanism. Meanwhile, the driving mechanism adopts a rotating driving manner of the rotating shaft, so that the driving assembly moves axially along the guiding sleeve under the guiding cooperation of the guiding sleeve so as to achieve conversion from rotational motion to translational motion. Therefore, in the process of opening and closing a car door or a car lid, the car door or the car lid can be stably opened and closed simply by driving the rotating shaftto rotate. As a result, the driving stability of the driving mechanism is greatly improved, and the opening and closing motion can run smoothly.
本发明公开了一种驱动机构与翻转装置,将转动轴套在壳体内;再将导向套套在转动轴外,并将驱动组件装入导向套内,使得驱动组件与转动轴传动配合,以完成驱动机构的组装操作。由于本方案的驱动机构的结构均采用套接设计,将内部结构均装设在壳体内,因此,使得驱动机构的整体性更高,保证结构与结构之间配合更加紧凑,大大缩小驱动机构整体结构体积。同时,本驱动机构采用转动轴的转动驱动方式,使得驱动组件在导向套的导向配合下沿着导向套轴向移动,实现转动动作向平移动作的转化,从而使得在启闭车门或者车盖过程中,只需驱动转动轴转动,即可实现车门或者车盖稳定启闭,如此,极大提高了驱动机构的驱动稳定性,使得启闭动作平稳运行。
