The invention provides a rotary sliding door, and relates to the technical field of doors. The rotary sliding door comprises a first guide mechanism, a second guide mechanism, and a door sheet mechanism, wherein the first guide mechanism comprises a first guide rail and a first movable piece capable of moving along the first guide rail; the second guide mechanism comprises a second guide rail anda second movable piece capable of moving along the second guide rail; the second guide rail is provided with a first guide part parallel to the first guide rail and a second guide part inclined or vertical to the first guide rail; and the door sheet mechanism comprises a first door sheet, and the first movable piece and the second movable piece are arranged on the first door sheet. The rotary sliding door can move and rotate simultaneously, so that it is guaranteed that in a small space, the indoor space in front of the door cannot be interfered when the door is opened, and the door opening range reaches the maximum.
