The invention discloses seawater impact power generation equipment based on multistage Tesla valves. The equipment is composed of a solar panel, cylindrical cavities, the Tesla valves, guide pipes andan underwater stabilizer, wherein the plurality of cylindrical cavities are sequentially connected in a nested mode, the corresponding Tesla valve is arranged at the bottom of each cavity, the solarpanel is located at the top of the cavities, the plurality of stages of guide pipes are sequentially and fixedly connected to the side wall of the top cavity, the Tesla valves are arranged at the joints of the guide pipes correspondingly, a corresponding drainage pipe is fixedly connected to the lower portion of the wall of each guide pipe, a water-saving valve is embedded in the guide pipe connected to the top cavity, flow guide pipes are located in front of the water-saving valve in the guide pipes to guide flowing water into the cavities, secondary energy storage of the slow flowing water is achieved, and the underwater stabilizer is located at the lower portion of the cavities. According to the equipment, seawater tidal energy is utilized through one-way circulation of the Tesla valves, meanwhile, seawater storage is guaranteed, the multistage cavities are matched with the Tesla valves to realize utilization and storage of the seawater tidal energy, gravitational potential energy is released through the multiple stages of guide pipes to impact a turbine to do work, and the tidal energy is utilized for power generation.
