The invention discloses a cooking bench capable of automatically storing kitchenware, which comprises a cabinet body. A power cavity is formed in the lower part of the cabinet body; a motor is arranged on the right wall of the power cavity; the motor is connected with a threaded rod; a dividing block is arranged in the middle of the threaded rod; a threaded sliding block is mounted on the threadedrod; a first spring is arranged between the threaded sliding block and the dividing block; a lower lifting rod is hinged to the lower end face of the threaded sliding block; the lower end of the lower lifting rod is hinged to the upper end face of the supporting block; an upper lifting rod is hinged to the upper end face of the threaded sliding block; the upper end of the upper lifting rod is hinged to the bottom of the lifting block; and kitchenware is placed on the upper end of the lifting block. When the function of the cooking bench is not used, cutters, cookware seasoning boxes and the like can be stored in the cooking bench at the same time, the bench top can be changed into a table top, and the whole cooking bench can move after wheels below the cabinet make contact with the ground.
