The invention relates to a manufacturing method of a large multi-closed structure support chord member. The manufacturing method sequentially comprises the following steps of manufacturing parts of the large multi-closed structure support chord member and assembling the parts, wherein the step of assembling the parts comprises the following steps that bolt hole groups and hole group positioning holes are drilled on a gusset plate, after holes are formed in the gusset plates, plate ribs are installed and welded by taking the holes as the benchmark, then the gusset plate on one side serves as abottom plate to be sequentially installed and welded to a chord member top plate, a chord member bottom plate and the gusset plate on the other side to form a member bar, and finally, a bottom plate,a secondary member and a support base plate are installed and welded to the member bar after the member bar is turned over, and hole making is conducted through the support base plate. The manufacturing method has the advantages that a traditional positioning hole jig frame and a procedure are omitted, the operation period of the hole making procedure is shortened, the procedure is stably propelled step by step, and the quality of the joint of the support can be greatly guaranteed.
