Forming process and forming machine for plaster mould box
The invention relates to a building material forming mechanical device and a forming process method, in particular to a forming process and a forming machine for a plaster mould box. The forming process for the plaster mould box comprises the following steps of decomposing the production process of the plaster mould box into the processes of raw material proportioning, surrounding feeding, gypsumslurry production, mould box forming, demolding, mould stacking, transportation and the like, and realizing a production mode majoring in mechanized production and supplemented by manual intervention.The forming machine mainly comprises a pulping device, a feeding device, a transmission device, mould devices and leveling devices, a brand-new design and development are carried out to the forming process of the plaster mould box, the pulping device is arranged under each discharge port of the feeding device, a plurality of mould devices are serially and circumferentially arranged on the transmission device, a pulp discharging hole of the pulping device is formed above the mould devices, and the leveling devices are tightly arranged on the upper surfaces of the mould devices, so that the automation level of the plaster mould box production is greatly improved, and the production efficiency is greatly improved.
本发明涉及一种建筑材料成型机械设备和成型工艺方法,尤其涉及一种石膏模盒成型工艺和成型机,石膏模盒成型工艺将石膏模盒的生产过程分解为原材料配比、环绕式供料、石膏浆液制作、模盒成型、脱模、叠模、运输等工序,实现机械化生产为主,人工干预为辅的生产模式;成型机主要包括制浆装置、供料装置、传动装置、模具装置、平整装置,通过对石膏模盒的成型过程进行了全新的设计开发,制浆装置设置在供料装置的各出料口下,多个模具装置串联环绕安装在传动装置上,制浆装置的卸浆孔设置在模具装置上方,平整装置紧密设置在模具装置上表面,使石膏模盒生产的自动化水平大幅提升,大幅提高了生产效率。
