The invention discloses a forming mold of a light-transmitting concrete block prepared through 3D printing and a resin light guide body of the light-transmitting concrete block. The forming mold is characterized in that a light-transmitting concrete block mold and a transparent resin light guide body mold are integrally formed through 3D printing resin, the transparent resin light guide body moldis prepared through a 3D printing resin mold and transparent resin pouring, and a block matrix is filled with self-compaction inorganic cementing materials. The light-transmitting concrete block is prepared through 3D printing, so that mold limitations of traditional methods are avoided, and diversification and individuation are realized; the transparent resin light guide body mold is prepared through the 3D printing resin mold and transparent resin pouring, so that the preparation time of the light guide body is remarkably shortened, and the light-transmitting rate of the 3D-printed light guide body is improved; and the light-transmitting concrete block matrix is filled with the self-compaction inorganic cementing materials, so that compact formation can be achieved without vibration, andthe structural strength of the block is guaranteed. The light-transmitting concrete block prepared based on 3D printing can be widely applied to the fields of buildings, decorations, artwork and thelike.
本发明公开了一种3D打印制备透光混凝土砌块及其透明树脂导光体的成型模具的制备方法,其特征在于,透光混凝土砌块模具与透明树脂导光体模具采用3D打印树脂一体化成型,透明树脂导光体由3D打印树脂模具和透明树脂灌注成型两步骤制备,砌块基体由自密实的无机胶凝材料填充。3D打印制备透光混凝土砌块,突破了传统方法的模具限制,实现了多样化、个性化;利用3D打印成型结合透明树脂灌注制备透明树脂导光体,显著缩短了导光体的制备时间,并提高了3D打印导光体的透光率;透光混凝土砌块基体采用无收缩自密实的无机胶凝材料,无需振捣就可密实成型,保证了砌块的结构强度。基于3D打印的透光混凝土砌块可广泛应用于建筑、装饰、艺术品等领域。
