Cement for maritime work and preparation method and application thereof
The invention relates to the field of special cement materials, and provides cement for maritime work and a preparation method and application thereof. The cement for maritime work comprises the following components in parts by mass: 50-80 parts of high-iron sulphoaluminate cement clinker, 10 to 40 parts of superfine slag powder, 5 to 15 parts of metakaolin and 5 to 15 parts of gypsum, wherein thespecific surface area of the superfine slag powder is 400-600 m<2>/kg; the specific surface area of the metakaolin is 400-600 m<2>/kg; and raw materials for preparing the high-iron sulphoaluminate cement clinker comprise dealkalized red mud, fly ash, limestone, bauxite and phosphogypsum. The result of an embodiment shows that the 3-d compressive strength of the cement for maritime work provided by the invention is higher than 36.6 MPa, and the 28-d compressive strength of the cement is higher than 55.7 MPa; the sulfate etching resistance coefficient of the cement is higher than 1.25; and moreover, the cement for maritime work is low the addition amount of an admixture and a later shrinkage rate, and has a dry shrinkage rate lower than 0.015%.
本发明涉及特种水泥材料领域,提供了一种海工水泥及其制备方法和应用。以质量份数计,所述海工水泥包括:高铁硫铝酸盐水泥熟料50~80份;矿渣微粉10~40份;偏高岭土5~15份;石膏5~15份;所述矿渣微粉的比表面积为400~600m/kg;所述偏高岭土的比表面积为400~600m/kg;制备高铁硫铝酸盐水泥熟料的原料包括脱碱赤泥、粉煤灰、石灰石、铝矾土和磷石膏。实施例结果表明,本发明提供的海工水泥3d抗压强度高于36.6MPa,28d抗压强度高于55.7MPa;抗硫酸盐浸蚀系数高于1.25;而且本发明提供的海工水泥混合材添加少,后期收缩率较低,干缩率低于0.015%。
