According to the invention, through ball milling, the specific surface area and the activity index of granulated blastfurnace slag are improved; through addition of attapulgite and mullite to adjust ingredients, the performance and quality of granulated blast furnace slag cement are improved, and the cementing property and stability are improved; the process is simple; a large amount of slag waste is used, so waste is turned into wealth, and the cost is reduced; energy conservation, consumption reduction and environmental protection are facilitated; and the construction cost of a building is reduced.
