The invention provides a method for adjusting the setting time of beta-hemihydrate gypsum, comprising the following steps: crushing waste cement, and grinding to obtain waste cement powder; mixing waste cement powder and a phosphoric acid aqueous solution and reacting for 0.5 min-60 min, and then adding beta-hemihydrate gypsum to prepare uniform slurry. Gypsum slurry can be poured to produce gypsum building material products and can also be directly poured on site to form a building wall. Waste cement and phosphoric acid are used as main modification materials, a gypsum retarder is prepared through a reaction by controlling the reaction time and the feeding amount of the waste cement and the phosphoric acid and the pH value of the phosphoric acid aqueous solution, the product can effectively regulate and control the setting time of beta-hemihydrate gypsum, and the production and construction requirements of gypsum building materials are met. By the method, the problem that the buildinggypsum setting time is short and is not beneficial to production and construction is solved; and the process is simple in process and the cost is low; and a new way is provided for resource utilization of waste cement and low-concentration waste phosphoric acid.
本发明提供了一种调节β‑半水石膏凝结时间的方法,具体方法为:先将废弃水泥破碎,然后磨细得到废弃水泥粉末;将废弃水泥粉末与磷酸水溶液混合反应0.5min~60min,再加入β‑半水石膏制成均匀浆体。石膏浆体既可以进行浇筑生产石膏建材制品,也可以现场直接浇筑形成建筑墙体。本发明以废弃水泥、磷酸为主要改性材料,通过控制二者反应时间、加料量和磷酸水溶液的pH值,反应制成石膏缓凝剂,生成物能够有效调控β‑半水石膏的凝结时间,满足石膏建材的生产和施工需要。本方法解决了建筑石膏凝结时间短,不利于生产、施工的问题,且工艺简单、成本低,也为废弃水泥和低浓度废磷酸的资源化利用提供了一条新途径。
